Let Us Help You Navigate It
GC UNGO is a specialized boutique-style United States immigration law firm. With M. Gabriela Ungo as principal, we partner with clients from around the world and provide tailored and personalized services aimed at successfully reaching immigration and nationality goals.
Bringing a family member to the United States is a very important decision and also a complex process.
GC UNGO has vast experience in this area of practice. We will be closely involved in every step of the case preparation process and guide clients through the information and documentation gathering process.
We handle Green Cards through Marriage and Family Based Green Card Petitions both internationally at the U.S. Consulates located in other countries and in the United States. GC Ungo also helps U.S. Citizens reunite with their foreign fiancé(e) through a K-1 visa process.
GC UNGO helps U.S. employers hire and retain foreign talented and essential workers and navigate our complex immigration system. Other foreign nationals, such as workers with extraordinary ability, investors, and certain special immigrants can petition on their own behalf.
At GC UNGO we are motivated by the idea that our work impacts people far beyond securing a work visa or a green card and that passion is embedded in the core of our practice. We will walk you through each step of the way to help bring people with talents and extraordinary abilities to the United States.
Nonimmigrant or temporary visas (particularly those authorizing employment, education, or training) are complex and may involve extensive petitions, applications, and documentation to demonstrate eligibility. "Nonimmigrant Visas" are issued by Consulates to applicants seeking to enter the United States on a temporary basis for tourism, business, study, medical treatment and certain types of work. The type of nonimmigrant visa needed is defined by immigration law, and related to the purpose of the travel.
GC UNGO helps simplify the process and increase the chances of a favorable outcome by anticipating any red flags, developing immigration strategies (including Inadmissibility Waivers) and preparing applicants for the consular interview.
"Mrs. Ungo has been a wonderful lawyer for my case. She has helped me throughout my immigration process (from starting with my J-1 visa to getting my permanent residency and now with my citizenship). She always responded to all my inquiries in a timely manner and has always been very patient with me."
