Do it right the first time
Prior to booking an appointment for an initial consultation, we will determine if we are able to assist you with your issue. [For example, our law firm does not handle issues relating to asylum, detention, deportation/removal or international adoptions.]
At initial consultation we will screen and analyze your particular issue and provide honest and realistic assessment of your options and potential outcomes. If we can assist, we will discuss the possible legal strategies, approximate timelines and give you information about legal fees for the specific services that your case may require.
After the consultation, the client should be able to make an informed decision on whether to proceed with the case and engage our services to represent them. An initial consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship until we are formally retained.
WORKING TOGETHER
We partner
with individual and corporate clients to create a customized case strategy, timeline and outcome.
In coordination with clients, we carefully gather information, specific supporting documents and evidence required to promptly and effectively prepare the case for initial filing. Throughout the process and with the latest technology, our clients receive constant and direct communications.
All cases are directly handled by attorney M. Gabriela Ungo and not a paralegal or assistant. Our main goal is to develop long term and meaningful working relationship with each one of our clients.
OUR BILLING SYSTEM
Corporations, institutions and individuals currently demand better value for their legal services. Our legal fees are openly discussed at the beginning of our representation.
We handle very few cases on a per hour charge, and offer a flat fee billing method (plus office costs or disbursements) in the vast majority of cases. The flat-fee structure enables clients to budget and easily track their immigration expenses.
This eliminates the guesswork involved with hourly billing, any surprises and it is most of the time, more affordable for corporations and individual clients.
